Weekly check in to review plan details, address concerns, and make adjustments, as needed.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly contact us 24 hours prior. A $25 fee will be assessed for no-shows or late cancellations. It's understandable that circumstances arise out of our control. In cases of emergency, the fee may be waived at the coach's discretion.
